<p>一直觉得管理者的晋升是以工作绩效为基础的，事实调查说明，结果并非如此。</p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">卢森斯和他的同事研究了450名管理者，他们都从事四类管理活动：</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">1. 传统的管理：决策、计划和控制；</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">2. 沟通与交流：交换日常信息并处理书面材料</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">3. 人力资源管理：激励、处分、冲突管理、人员安置和培训</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">4. 社交网络：社会化活动、政治活动以及与外部的相互交往</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">对于<strong>成功的管理者</strong>（根据他们在组织中的晋升速度来衡量），社交时间所占比例是最大的，人力资源管理的时间所占比便最小。</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">对于<strong>有效的管理者</strong>（根据他们工作的绩效的数量和质量以及他们下属的满意程度和承诺度来界定），沟通时间所占比例最大，社交时间所占比例最小。</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">也就是说，成功的管理者和有效的管理者对四类活动的重视程度差别很大。实际上，他们强调的重点几乎相反。</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">澳大利亚研究发现，那些积极发展社会关系的管理者，获得了更多的晋升机会，并享受着职业成功带来的其它奖励。</span></p>
<p>在我的脑子里，从人的原始欲望去对比的话，我会很觉得“成功的管理者&gt;有效的管理者”。因为有效的管理者有的，成功的管理者都能有，而成功的管理者有的有效的管理者不一定能有。</p>
<p>这里，最好的情况，也是我们大多数人一直以为的情况：成功的管理者会是有效的管理者。那就可以两者兼顾了。然而现实生活中并非都能这样的，有效的管理者并不代表他们会晋升的快，然后成为成功的管理者，相对的，成功的管理者所创的绩效很有可能小于比他职位要低的管理者绩效。</p>
<p>这么一说，其实大家都知道的。生活中，活生生的例子不少，官场上，晋升速度就与人际关系几乎是线性关系了，尽管某官员是没有什么能的。在一个家族公司，管理者的晋升速度必然和人际关系有关了，有见过一个公司的老总的儿子在他的公司里会是当小秘的？也许他儿子真会从低层做起，但接下来的剧情发展是，他会以火箭般的速度上位！</p>
<p>好了，接下来的结果是，社会会流传这么一句话：朝上无人莫做官。当你想在政府机关办点事，你会先打听一下，有没有熟人。最后，生成了一个BLACK MARKET，亦称潜规则。像大部分的家族的公司所存的弊端一样，老总的公司业绩越来越差，最后远比不上从前。</p>
<p>上述的例子并不是说明研究错了，因为这样的结果不是必然的，只有在所谓的成功的管理者=无能管理者时，才会出现这样的情况，而他们成功的因社交网络上位了，但却得出个消级的结果，因为社交方向错了。</p>
<p>事实上，我也觉得对于一位成功的管理者而言，社交时间的确要占最大多例的。即要有一个良好的社交网络要比有那些传统的管理重要一些。而上述的结果的也不是必然的，在官场上，假如建立的社交网络是倾听的各方声音，折中各方利盈，那么建立的社交网络必然促使其上位，这样建立社交网络也才能最终利于社会。假如在上述的公司，所建立的社会关系并不是老总和儿子，而是某员工与市场各方的良好关系以及和各个部门的良好合作的话，那么，这样的社交网络也必然可促使其上位。</p>
<p>说了那么一大段，最后就得出了一个结论，<strong>信息很重要！这里的信息是指重要的准确的信息，很重要！</strong>因为所谓的社交网络，人脉资源，最后要得的都是资讯，善于利用所得的资讯然后调配工作。人情上位，是理解社交时间最比例大的一种曲解罢。不过，本身收集资讯和辩别资讯本身就是一种能力的体现！</p>
<p>这样的理论在股票市场上的应用是最明显的。一个金牌基金经理必然和很多大企高管，很多政策制定者有良好关系的，只有最快的掌握了资料（如融资，收购，利息变动）才能确定把投资者的钱放入哪个股或是比某个股中抽身而出。而所谓的K线黄金定律，XX图&#8230;在我看来都是可笑的。</p>
<p>最真实最稳的是掌握内幕信息。所以，努力地让自己成为一个大鄂或是与大鄂和掌权者们建立良好社交网络。无疑，这两点都都是难的。但对于我这样的小股民来说，也可不能连公司是否是后门上市的都没判别出来就兴冲冲地给钱去了，所以还是要学学会计，看看想要投资的企业的财务报表，资产，负债，权益，收盈率&#8230;一点点地比较，在经济发展如你所想的情况下，慢慢看涨。这必然是长线拥有才能获利的，所谓的意外都不是随机的，但能得到第一手的提示信息么？</p>
<p>如果还是想要看线，看图，看定律，那么会奉劝买汇率吧。只有这个才有研究的嚼头，因为它有足够的全球性，并不是政府能轻易左右的！</p>
